Production time in the factory 3-5 days after receiving the order, once the shipment goes out to each country it has an approximate of:
    • Shipping to the USA 3 -5 business days
    • Shipping to Canada 3-10 business days
    • Shipments to Spain and the rest of Europe: 10 - 15 business days
    • Rest of the world: 15-21 business days

    If your order arrives damaged or is lost, we will replace it or refund your money. We always answer

    To deliver our orders we choose USPS , UPS and DHL.
    Our products are specially made and tailored to each client. The preparation time is around 1-3 business days under normal conditions. Our factories and warehouses are located in the United States and all shipments are made from the states of New Jersey and Florida.

    If you have ordered more than one product, there is a chance that they will not arrive at the same time. We ship packages as soon as they are ready, sometimes some are ready before others, so we decide to ship your items as soon as possible. You will then have a different tracking number for each package.

    * Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be submitted after 5 days and no later than 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."

    Claims for packages allegedly lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7  days (20 for international) and
    within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
